The system features a suite of heavy-duty machinery, starting with a powerful 15 kW Wood Crusher for consistent raw material breakdown and specialized Spiral Conveyors for seamless material handling. Core processing is anchored by a dual Spherical Digester system (2 units) for uniform fiber cooking, further enhanced by precision components such as Double Discs Refiners (22 kW) and specialized Bleachers to ensure premium pulp clarity and strength.

The defining competitive edge of this system is the integrated Hot Steam Recycling System. By utilizing a 5.5 kW hot water pump, a steam-water separator, and a dedicated hot water tank, the system effectively recycles thermal energy back into the production cycle.
