This system offers flexible production capacities ranging from 4 to 10 tons per day, specifically engineered to meet the raw material demands for printing, writing, and tissue paper. By processing wood raw materials with the latest technology, this line ensures maximum efficiency at every stage of production.

The production line features a suite of robust machinery, including a Wood Crusher (11–15 kW) for reliable material breakdown and a Spiral Conveyor for efficient material transport. Core processing is supported by dual Spherical Digesters (2 units) for uniform cooking, along with specialized components such as the Hydrascreen, Long wire dewatering machine (7.5 kW), Bleacher (16 kW total), and Thruster (11 kW total) to deliver clean and strong pulp fibers.

The system's primary competitive advantage lies in its energy sector, featuring a Burning Coal Boiler (DZL(H) type) with an outstanding 90.1% thermal efficiency. This is integrated with a Hot Steam Recycling System, including a 5.5 kW hot water pump and a steam-water separator to effectively recycle thermal energy back into the production cycle.
