DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Ø  Feature

·       Demonstrate electrical control automatic transmission is working properly or not, experiments of the inverter to achieve gear lift of transmission at different input speeds.

·       LED to show the distribution of different gears dynamically;

·       With a combined instruments, display speed, vehicle speed, the main oil gallery change when gear lifting in different circumstances

·       Judge the gear shift situation by the output speed by digital meter

·       The training sets can control the output shaft by hydraulic brake system control;

·       Can test the auto transmission stall and delay.

·       The training sets are equipped with automatic transmission system colored schematics and detection terminal, various signal parameters of the sensors, solenoid valves can be detected by special instruments .For examples ,voltage, resistance, frequency. Etc.

·       The training units equipped with diagnostic communication link can be connected to a dedicated or general-auto decoders, automatic transmission system for read fault codes, clear fault codes read data stream and other diagnostic functions;

·       Fault setting and assessment system (see fault setting and assessment function description );

·       Training sets rotational positions area equipped with safety shields to avoid security risk;
