Selling High Precision Pendulum Impact Testing Machines for Material Toughness Testing
DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
This high-precision pendulum impact testing machine is a premium instrument specifically engineered for Drop Weight Tear Test (DWTT) on ferrite steel, pipeline steel, and other metallic materials. By measuring impact energy under dynamic loading, the machine judges the impact-resistance performance of specimens and observes fracture surfaces in the temperature transition region from non-ductility to ductility. It is widely utilized in the research and development of high-specification thick pipeline steel.
The machine features a heavy-duty seat and frame that ensures stiffness and accuracy while effectively reducing shock after impact. A standout feature is its fully automatic operation, which includes specimen feeding, impacting, pendulum raising, and specimen collection. Powered by a servo motor, the pendulum is raised with constant torque output and precise positioning, while a pneumatic braking device prevents clutch impact abrasion to extend the equipment's service life.
Operator safety is guaranteed by a full-closed safety shield that prevents the splitting of cracked specimens, supported by limit switches on the doors. The entire system is managed by a German Siemens S7-200 series PLC, significantly improving working efficiency and operational safety. This instrument strictly adheres to international standards including ASTM E436, GB/T 8363, and API RP 5L3.
