The boiler's advanced technology includes a new arch tube plate design that effectively prevents tube plate cracking, alongside screw-thread smoke tubes that significantly enhance the heat transfer coefficient. With a rated evaporation capacity of 2 t/h and steam pressure of 1.25 Mpa, this boiler provides consistent thermal energy with a thermal efficiency rating of 90.1%. This system is perfect for supporting copy paper production lines that require stable operating temperatures up to 194°C.

This package is complemented by a high-capacity paper production line capable of producing 5 tons per day with a 1200 mm net width. The production system includes a stainless steel cylinder section, a press section with durable granite rolls, and high-grade alloy cast iron dryer cylinders. The entire machinery range is powered by advanced AC frequency conversion speed control across 6 strategic drive points, ensuring perfect synchronization and optimized total power efficiency for premium paper output.
