The material is then propelled onto the impact device located above the rotor for secondary crushing, eventually rebounding to the hammer plate to form an impact plate liner for tertiary crushing.

The entire process repeats continuously until the material is crushed to the required size, after which the final product is discharged from the lower section of the machine. To ensure seamless operation, an integrated spring safety device is installed behind the impact plate. In the event of a blockage within the crushing cavity, the front and back impact frames automatically retract to eliminate the obstruction, preventing internal component damage and minimizing downtime. This advanced technology ensures consistent output, energy efficiency, and high reliability for heavy-duty industrial requirements.
