The integrated PET dryness system offers a large capacity between 250 to 350kg per hour, supported by molecular sieve technology to achieve perfect crystallization results. Equipped with a 48kw drying heater and a 36kw crystallization heater, the system can reach hot air temperatures up to 200°C to completely eliminate moisture. All units are constructed using high quality Stainless Steel 304 on the barrel walls and hopper interiors to guarantee material cleanliness and corrosion resistance. Supported by world class electrical components such as Schneider, Mitsubishi, and Siemens, as well as an intelligent PLC touch screen control system, this infrastructure is the ultimate key for industries pursuing high quality production results with consistent energy efficiency.
