This production line includes a series of advanced units such as the Automatic Oldcap Remover (WTFG-240A), which precisely removes old caps without damaging the bottle neck using a Taiwan AIRTAC pneumatic system. The cleaning process is strictly conducted through 8 washing steps, including hot water washing, sterilization, and pure water rinsing. All water tanks and disinfection boxes are constructed from 304 food-grade stainless steel, ensuring safety, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning.

The core process is driven by a main machine featuring an automatic filling system that moves up and down into the bottle by ±100mm for maximum volume accuracy. The entire system is fully controlled by a Mitsubishi Japan PLC and equipped with automatic counting sensors for optimal working stability. With the addition of a Light Inspection Box for visual quality control and a Hot Vapor Shrink Machine for neat label packaging, this complete solution ensures every gallon produced meets ISO 9001 standards and the highest hygiene requirements.
