This system is a specialized solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation process engineered to remove tiny suspended solids with densities close to water, as well as colloids, oils, and grease. Utilizing the principles of Henry’s Law for the air dissolution process, it generates a vast number of micro-nano bubbles (3 to 20 microns) that act as carriers. These bubbles contact and adhere to suspended solids, bringing them to the liquid surface where floating scums are removed by a top skimmer to achieve high-purity water purification.
