This system adopts a completely new machine concept offering an outstanding price/performance ratio. Key technical advantages include the use of German linear motion guides on both left and right finger shapers to guarantee exceptionally smooth and precise movement. All axial adjustments are performed with a precision of 0.01 mm using mechanical digital readouts, ensuring every joint achieves perfect tightness. The finger assembler unit is now equipped with movable air clamps to eliminate workpiece fixing problems, along with a continuous air exhaust mechanism for maximum positive clamping effects.

With an impressive production capacity, the shaper unit can process 3-4 packages per minute while the assembler unit reaches 4 cycles per minute. The system is also supported by a newly designed chain feeding unit and pre-press station for better joint mechanisms and higher performance. Equipped with an efficient pneumatic injection gluing system featuring a recycled glue function, this machine not only boosts productivity but also significantly reduces operational costs.
