The heart of the plant features an Electrical Control System utilizing high-performance Siemens S7 300 programmable controllers and PROFINET technology. This system offers a high degree of automation with reliable performance, operated via digital screen displays and keyboard inputs from a commodious, air-conditioned control center.

Thermal efficiency is maximized through a specialized Drying Drum with a patented blade design. These blades lift the aggregate to form a protective curtain, ensuring uniform drying and preventing direct flame contact with the drum's interior walls. For superior heat retention, the drum is insulated with high-grade Rockwool. The Burner System is highly versatile, supporting heavy oil, coal, and natural gas, with automatic control capabilities.

The Mixing System is built on a robust square frame for maximum stability. It employs wear-resistant chrome abrade-bearing alloy cast iron for the scale boards and blades, ensuring long-term durability. With a strategic filling rate of no more than 60%, it achieves a perfect mix of aggregate and bitumen in a shorter duration. Material discharge is facilitated by a double-cylinder-controlled overtuning gate for rapid and clog-free operation.

This plant also excels in environmental responsibility, featuring an advanced Dust Collecting System with Gravity collectors and NOMEX-based bag filters that reach a filtration efficiency of over 99.5%. From 300,000 kcal hot oil systems to 40 m3 asphalt tanks, every component is synchronized for peak industrial performance.
