For thermal processing, the machinery utilizes a Drying Drum featuring a patented blade design. This mechanism lifts and drops the aggregate strategically to form a material curtain. This curtain acts as a thermal shield, preventing the flame from directly hitting the drum surface, which significantly boosts heating efficiency and ensures uniform drying of the aggregates. Thermal retention is further enhanced by Rockwool insulation lining the drum walls to minimize heat loss.

The system is supported by comprehensive auxiliary components, including dual 40 m3 asphalt tanks, a 300,000 kcal hot oil system, and a multi stage dust collection technology featuring Cyclones, Snail Shell, and Water Dust Catchers to maintain environmentally friendly operations.
