Production Flow Chart – More Efficient & Structured Machine Workflow
DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Transforming wood waste into high-value materials requires a smart and integrated manufacturing system. Through a structured automated workflow, the processing of residual timber can be executed on a mass scale with superior precision. This system is engineered to ensure every production stage flows seamlessly, reducing operational costs and maximizing profitability for your woodworking industry.
High-Performance Operational Stages:
-
Automatic In-feed & Alignment: The process begins with automatic workpiece feeding followed by precise alignment to ensure processing accuracy in the subsequent stages.
-
Right Side Profiling (Right Finger Shaper): The machine simultaneously performs scoring, end trimming, and finger profile shaping. The use of a scoring blade is vital to prevent edge tearing problems.
-
Left Side Profiling & Gluing (Left Finger Shaper): The workpiece automatically travels to the next unit for left-side profiling, coupled with a precise automated gluing system.
-
Automatic Assembly & High-Pressure Pressing: After gluing, the wood is sent to the assembly press unit. A powerful hydraulic system then joins the pieces into a solid and sturdy long board.
-
Final Cut-to-Length & Out-feed: The finished product is automatically cut to the desired dimensions (multiple step cut-off) and ejected onto a staging platform, ready for immediate use.
Featuring advanced control technology and perfect synchronization, this workflow is capable of producing 3-4 packages per minute on the shaper unit and 4 cycles per minute on the assembler unit. Axial adjustment precision reaches 0.01 mm, guaranteeing incredibly tight joints and a smooth surface finish.
