Precision Lubrication System Protects Engine Components from Wear and Extends the Life of Your Generator Set
DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
In high-performance diesel engine operations, lubrication and cooling systems are the heart of equipment durability. This power unit line is engineered with stringent technical standards to ensure every internal component receives maximum protection from friction and excessive heat. Our lubrication system boasts a total capacity of up to 19 liters, maintaining normal oil pressure at temperatures of 105 degrees Celsius, guaranteeing consistent lubricant flow to all crucial engine parts even at operational angles of up to 25 degrees. This efficiency is supported by a direct injection system with a rotary pump delivering an injection pressure of 24.7 MPa for cleaner and more complete combustion.
The cooling aspect is also a major advantage, featuring a high-quality 4-row radiator made of brass and a copper matrix with a surface area of 0.401 square meters. A 10-blade composite cooling fan is designed to provide maximum airflow to keep coolant temperatures within the thermostat's operational range of 81 to 93 degrees Celsius. With a total cooling system capacity of 37.22 liters, the engine can handle continuous heavy workloads without the risk of overheating.
Beyond mechanical robustness, this system offers exceptional fuel efficiency. At 100% prime power usage, fuel consumption is only 41 liters per hour, decreasing significantly to 20 liters per hour at 50% load. The electric starter system with a 2V motor option and a 55A charging alternator ensures the engine is ready to operate whenever needed. Choosing units with these precise technical specifications is not just about providing backup power; it is about ensuring a long-term investment through superior engine protection and measurable operating costs.
