• Robust Production Core: The main machine utilizes an 1880mm single cylinder single wire and single felt toilet paper machine. Core components such as the Cylinder mould, Couch roll, and Φ2500mm Dryer cylinder are built with high precision for stable performance year after year.

• High Quality Materials: The drying unit is equipped with an Exhausted hood made of δ=2mm stainless steel board, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance against hot steam.

• Advanced & Cost Effective Automation: Utilizing advanced PLC controls with a fault screen display, operations are simplified and human error is minimized. The Automatic paper tube replacement feature, adjustable in under 1 minute, significantly reduces production downtime.

• Efficient Motor Performance: Driven by a Three phase asynchronous motor with 55 KW for the main machine and 15 KW for the reeler, integrated with a frequency conversion device for optimal energy efficiency.

• Finishing Accuracy: The further processing from Parent roll to finished product is supported by an Embossing unit with a steel to rubber roller system and a Precision spiral soft knife that guarantees clean cuts with low noise levels.
