FEATURE
DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The modern manufacturing process for latex and nitrile gloves requires the integration of automated technology capable of continuous high-precision operation. This production line solution encompasses a comprehensive workflow from ceramic former preparation to final packaging. Every stage is engineered to ensure maximum elasticity and product durability in accordance with stringent medical and industrial standards.

The production flow begins with precise former cleaning using hydrochloric acid tanks and high-temperature cleaning to ensure a sterile surface. This is followed by coagulant dipping and drying to prepare the base layer before entering the primary latex or nitrile dipping phase. Critical processes such as gelling ovens, leaching, and automatic beading are performed to create strong glove edges. The final stages include vulcanization for material strengthening, followed by hot water washing, drying, quality inspection, and rigorous testing before the products reach the packaging stage. Supported by energy-saving equipment, this system minimizes factory operational costs while significantly increasing production output.
