The Stroboscope is designed for non-contact visual motion analysis. By emitting high-frequency, adjustable flashes of light, this tool can "freeze" or "slow down" the motion of rapidly rotating or vibrating objects. This allows operators to perform detailed visual inspections of machine components like gears, fans, or shafts while they are in operation, to detect imbalances, vibrations, or other defects. This instrument features a very wide testing range, from 50 to 40,000 FPM (Flashes Per Minute), suitable for very low to very high-speed machinery.

The Digital Tachometer is a versatile tool for accurate speed measurement. This instrument is equipped with multiple measurement modes. The Optical (Laser/Photo) Mode allows for safe and fast non-contact RPM measurement with a very wide range from 2.5 to 99,999 RPM. for direct measurement, the Contact Mode can be used to measure rotational speed from 0.5 to 19,999 RPM. Additionally, it also features a Surface Speed (Contact Wire-Speed) Mode to measure linear velocity, such as on conveyor belts, in the range of 0.05 to 1999 meters per minute.

Both instruments are designed for practical use in industrial environments. The Digital Tachometer is powered by batteries or an external DC adapter, making it highly portable. The compact Stroboscope is powered by standard AC for stable operation. They are an ideal pair: use the Tachometer to get a precise numerical RPM reading, then set the Stroboscope to the same frequency to perform an in-depth visual inspection.
