• Smart Transmission System: Utilizing a robust Three-phase asynchronous motor, the system distributes loads efficiently with 55 KW power for the main machine and 15 KW for the reeler unit. This technology is supported by a Transmission frequency conversion device, allowing for flexible motor speed adjustment to match production needs, thus avoiding excess electricity consumption.

• Efficient Heat Management: The drying process uses a massive Φ2500mm Dryer cylinder for even heat distribution. The system is equipped with an Exhausted hood made of δ=2mm stainless steel board for optimal heat retention, supported by three Φ500mm Axial-flow ventilator units for controlled air circulation to accelerate drying without wasting heat energy.

• Raw Material Flow Purification: Before the formation stage, raw materials are processed through a Three-stage sand remover and Pressure screen. Effective removal of heavy impurities ensures that mechanical components like the Cylinder mould and Couch roll operate more smoothly, reducing excessive friction and extending the machine's life cycle.

• Precision Moisture Control: Through the synchronized use of a Touch roller and Cylinder vat, tissue sheets are formed with the correct moisture content, lightening the workload on the dryer cylinder.

• Ready-to-Use Output: This line supports the conversion from Parent roll to finished products such as Small roll through an accurate Sheeter cutting system, reducing raw material waste and indirectly saving energy costs per product unit.
