• Multi-Stage Fiber Purification: The process begins with filtration through Hydrascreen and mixture stabilization in the 3# Pulp Chest. The Three stage sand remover technology works intensively to eliminate heavy contaminants, followed by final filtration at the Pressure screen to guarantee cellulose fiber purity.

• Core Tissue Production: Sheets are formed by the robust 1880mm single cylinder single wire and single felt toilet paper machine. This unit is supported by a precision Cylinder mould and Couch roll to ensure even fiber density.

• High-Efficiency Drying System: Drying is carried out instantly by a Φ2500mm Dryer cylinder. To maintain temperature stability, the system is equipped with an Exhausted hood made of δ=2mm stainless steel and three Φ500mm axial-flow ventilator units that optimize hot air circulation.

• Advanced Automation (PLC Control): The final processing unit utilizes advanced PLC control with a fault screen display for easy monitoring of production parameters. The Automatic paper tube replacement feature allows for paper tube changes in under 1 minute automatically.

• Premium Finishing Quality: The Embossing device uses a steel to rubber roller system to produce clear, soft, and beautiful patterns. The machine is also equipped with a Precision spiral soft knife for clean cuts with low noise levels.

• Powerful Transmission System: The entire line is driven by a Three-phase asynchronous motor with 55 KW power for the main machine and 15 KW for the reeler unit, complete with frequency conversion devices for maximum energy efficiency.
