For the cooling stage, it utilizes a powerful compressor-based composite cooling system, capable of reaching and maintaining temperatures as low as -55°C with excellent stability and an accuracy of ±0.1°C. Meanwhile, for the weathering stage, the heating bath is constantly maintained at 38°C with the same ±0.1°C precision. A reliable PT100 sensor ensures accurate temperature readings across the entire testing range.

As with other equipment for flammable materials, the heating output is controlled by an advanced solid-state relay (SSR).
