The main advantage of this equipment lies in its ability to perform simultaneous six sided cutting—both horizontally and vertically—guaranteeing dimensional accuracy down to the millimeter level. Once the cutting process is complete, the concrete body is rotated again by 90 degrees to be placed back onto the overturn table very smoothly, keeping the concrete pore structure intact and neat. In addition to producing highly accurate cuts, this system is integrated with a waste slurry chute that directs cutting residue directly to the recycling tank, ensuring a clean and efficient production process.
