Achieving thorough quality control for petroleum products requires a series of accurate tests across various parameters. This suite of laboratory instruments provides two fundamental testing capabilities in one efficient offering: the determination of inorganic ash content and the analysis of the aniline point. By combining these two crucial functions, laboratory facilities can perform more complete product characterization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guaranteeing final product quality from start to finish.

The first capability is for the determination of ash content, an essential test to measure inorganic residue in petroleum products. This instrument is made as per the standards GB/T508 and GB/T2433. Equipped with a powerful high-temperature furnace with a heating power of 2500 W, it is capable of reaching and maintaining a controlling temperature of 775 ± 25°C to ensure the sample ashing process is perfect. Its heating is manually controlled using a switch, providing simple and direct operational control.

Complementing this analysis, the second capability is for aniline point testing, designed according to methods GB/T262 and ASTM D611. This test is vital for characterizing the hydrocarbon nature and solvency of a sample. The instrument is versatilely designed to determine the aniline point for various sample types, including both light petroleum products and dark petroleum products, and is even equipped with dedicated testing devices for each oil type.

For maximum precision, the aniline point instrument adopts an advanced digital PID temperature controller. The process is supported by a stirrer with a variable speed from 0 to 1200 RPM to ensure mixture homogeneity. With a wide temperature range of up to 200°C and flexible heating power options (25 W or 2000 W), the device can be adapted to various testing needs. By uniting these two different yet equally important analytical capabilities, this instrument suite becomes the ideal solution for laboratories that demand accurate, efficient, and comprehensive results.
