The core performance is powered by the High Efficiency Single Screw Extruder (SJ65/33 model), delivering a stable output of 80 to 120 kg per hour. Technical excellence is highlighted by the vacuum-based Automatic Dry Feeding system with a 300 kg capacity and a Hydraulic Automatic Screen Changer, ensuring production continuity without material interruptions. Internal components feature high-precision helical gears and 38CrMoALA screws, offering maximum durability for long-term industrial use.

Sheet surface quality is guaranteed by a 450 mm diameter Three-roller Calender unit, providing a flat and smooth finish, followed by an optimal 10-meter Cooling Bracket system. This production line is highly efficient, requiring only 3 operators per shift and an efficient power consumption of approximately 90 kW.
