Chocolate Processing Flow: Automated Production Flow for Maximum Efficiency
DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Establishing a successful chocolate manufacturing ecosystem requires seamless technological integration at every stage. Our production flow is engineered to ensure premium product quality with high energy efficiency through a systematic process:
-
Raw Material Preparation: The process begins by melting fats in an energy-efficient jacketed Oil Melting Tank and refining sugar through a Sugar Grinding unit.
-
Fine Grinding (Conching): Ingredients are blended in a Chocolate Conche to achieve a fineness of 20-25 microns over 7-24 hours of intensive grinding.
-
Storage & Tempering: The refined paste is kept in a thermal Holding Tank (up to 5000L) before entering the Continuous Tempering machine to stabilize crystals, ensuring a glossy finish.
-
Moulding & Forming Variants: Includes Moulding for bars and pralines, Enrobing for coated biscuits, and specialized units for Chocolate Drops, Bean Forming, and Hollow Shapes.
-
Packaging: The final stage involves high-speed integrated Packaging systems to ensure product freshness and market readiness.
