Ø  Introduction

·         The training set adopt Toyota 5A electronical controlled engine and automatic transmission assembly, with complete accessories, can be used to complete various training Content of engine load. (start, acceleration, deceleration, idling etc). All components adopt original, parts, QC strictly testified, in accordance with Production Quality Management standard of ISO9001:2008, suit for car engine structure and maintenance practical training in the medium and senior vocational schools and car training institutions, satisfy the requirement of teaching project on the electronic controlled engine structure, working principle, fault diagnosic, fault setting and exclusion assessment.

Ø  Features

·         Demonstrate the engine and auto transmission work, run smoothly, actually refelect the EFI gasoline engine and auto transmission structure and working principle

·         Demostrate engine oil pressure, vaccum pressure, oil pressure normal operating pressure

·         Equipped with digit displat meter to display the related sensor working static value and dynamic value.

·         Training sets are equipped with electronic engine control system schematics and detection terminal, through a variety of professional instrument to detect the signal  parameters of sensors, actuators etc. such a voltage, resistance, frequency etc.

·         Training sets equip with gasoline extinguisher and short circuit self-protection device.

·         Fault setting and assessment system (please refer to the seteiled function introduction of fault setting and assessment)

·         Support frame adopt imported panit special for car, high temperature coating, with anti-corrosion function

·         Support frame material is welded with quality square tube (40*60*3mm)
