Ø  Introduction

·       The training set adopt high pressure common rail engine assembly and electronic control systems, with complete accessories, designed to be independent disassembly station and console, the combination can fully meet the engine disassemble, fefitted, debugging, operation, inspection training requirements, All components adopt original parts, QC strictly testified, in accordance with Production Quality Management standard of ISO9001:2008, suit for car engine structure and maintenance practical training in the medium and sensor vocational schools and car training institutions, satisfy the requirements of teaching training project on the electronic controlled engine structure, working principle, fault diagnosic, fault setting and exclusion assessment.

·       Demonstrate the engine work, run smoothly, actually refelect the high pressure common rail diesel engine engine structure and working principle.

·       Demostrate engine oil pressure, vaccum pressure, oil pressure normal operating pressure.

·       Detecting the engine after disassembled and assembled, through the connection of control system can do actual trainings of engine operating conditions

·       Disassembly and control easily connect and operate indenpendently, fully meet the whole process requirements of disintegration, refitted, operating, testing and debugging of engine.

·       Equipped with digit display meter to display the related sensor working static value and dynamic value.

·         Training stes are equipped with electronic engine control system schematics and detection terminal, through a variety of professional instruments to detect the signal parameters of sensors, actustors etc, such as voltage, resistance, frequency etc.
