Ø  Introduction

·         The teaching board adopt common rail diesel engine electronic controlled physical system. All components adopt original parts, QC strictly testified, in accordance with Production Quality Management standard of  ISO9001:2008, suit for diesel common rail fuel injection system principle and practical training in the medium and senior vocational schools and car training institutions, satisfy the requirement of teachine project on the common rail fuel system structure, working principle etc.

Ø  Feature

·         Teach board can demonstrate common rail diesel engine electronic control system process and working principle.

2.Teach coard can dynamic display the whole process of common rail diesel direct injection, injection volume, injection times.

3.Teach color can demonstrate High pressure pump steel control.

4.Teach board installed with short-circuit power off protection system to keep safe.

5.Equipped with diagnosic blocks can be connected to a dedicated or general-auto decoders, to complete reading fault codes of engine electronic control system, clearing fault codes, reading data stream, matching adjustment, programming, testing, testing terminal components etc engine diagnosic function.

6.Equipped with colorful engine electronical controlled system schematics and sensor, acturator detection terminal to strengthen studen’s hand-on ability.

·         Fuel pump assembly, fuel injections, high pressure tubing, high-pressure fuel rail, engine control  unit, a combination instruments, training panel, diagnosic dock, battery, engine circuit plug, electronic accelerator pedal, throttle sensor electronic, diesel glow plug, three way catalysis, fuel tank, ignition switch, general power switch, mobile bench and universal casters, relay and fuse box, instruction manual and user guide book etc.
