The system is powered by a suite of heavy-duty machinery, starting with high-power Wood Crushers for precise material breakdown and Spiral Conveyors for automated raw material flow management. The core processing stage utilizes dual Spherical Digester technology to ensure uniform and efficient wood fiber cooking. Final pulp quality is further enhanced through a 22 kW Double Discs Refiner, advanced Bleacher systems, and a Long wire dewatering machine, ensuring clean, strong pulp fibers with the perfect density.
