This versatile system provides a robust capacity of up to 10 Tons per day for pulp processing and 4 to 5 Tons per day for finished paper products, including printing, writing, and tissue paper.

The production line features a suite of high-performance machinery, including a 15 kW Wood Crusher for precise material breakdown and advanced refining units such as the 22 kW Double Discs Refiner and 15 kW Pressure Screen. Core fiber processing is managed by dual Spherical Digesters ensuring uniform cooking, supported by Bleacher, Thruster, and Long wire dewatering units to deliver premium fiber strength and clarity.

The system’s primary advantage is its energy-efficient infrastructure. Utilizing a DZL(H) type boiler with 90.1% thermal efficiency, it integrates a Hot Steam Recycling System that employs a 5.5 kW hot water pump and steam-water separator to recycle thermal energy back into the cycle. Powered by AC frequency conversion and section drive technology, this line ensures operational stability across all 6 drive points, drastically reducing daily overhead costs while maintaining peak productivity.
