In-house plastic reclaiming has reached new levels of precision with the Low-speed Granulator series. Specifically engineered for quiet, dust-free workshops, these machines offer stable performance with high energy efficiency, utilizing motor power between 1.1 kw and 2.2 kw. This series provides an excellent beside-the-press solution for immediate recycling of stub bars, ensuring material availability while maintaining a low-noise industrial environment.
From a technical standpoint, the series operates at low rotation speeds of 150 rpm to 200 rpm to minimize fine dust and acoustic output. Despite the low speed, the advanced blade configuration featuring up to 42 rotating blades allows for a maximum output capacity of 100 kg per hour. Key specifications include a precise 6 mm screen hole diameter, cutting chambers up to 270 x 400 mm, and an optional evacuation air system for seamless material transport. Weighing between 145 kg and 193 kg and equipped with heavy-duty castors, these units offer superior mobility and structural stability for modern manufacturing facilities.
