Through a 3-layer composite technology, it forms a three-dimensional geocell, also known as a versatile net, essential for roadbed and plant protection.

To ensure flawless production quality, this system is supported by high-performance auxiliary units:

• Heating/Cooling Mixing Unit: Guarantees material homogeneity with patented mainshaft sealing technology and dual electric/steam heating functions. It utilizes an imported PLC system for precise control during mixing, drying, and coloring.

• Color Mixer & Water Chiller: Ensures coloring efficiency by mixing 50 kg of pigment in just 3 minutes. The Industrial Water Chiller, equipped with a 3 HP compressor, maintains operational temperatures between 5°C and 54°C to prevent thermal defects.

• Production Versatility: This line can also be adapted to produce PE Plastic Drainage Panels (Honeycomb Plates), which serve as excellent vertical drainage channels for soft roadbeds and underground infrastructure projects.
