Proper post-harvest processing is the primary key to increasing the economic value of agricultural commodities. Our modern agricultural processing technology adopts a comprehensive drying type cleaning technology, which typically includes two times sifting, two times scouring, two times de-stoning, one time purifying, and four times aspiration. By incorporating one to two times dampening and controlled rest periods, this machine significantly reduces dust spray-out while maintaining a good and healthy working environment. The specifically designed aspiration systems can effectively remove most of the coarse offal, middle size offal, and fine offal from both local and imported wheat with varying moisture levels.

In the milling section, the system features four advanced types of processing: 4-Break system, 7-Reduction system, 1-Semolina system, and 1-Tail system. Purifiers are specially designed to obtain more pure semolina sent to the reduction stage, which improves the flour quality by a large margin. All rollers for reduction, semolina, and tail systems are high-quality smooth rollers that are perfectly blasted to ensure maximum performance. The entire system design ensures that less bran is mixed into the final product, maximizing the flour yield while keeping the milling room clean and sanitary through the adoption of a high-pressure fan for material transfer.
