How It Works :

To provide a clear picture, here is the simple workflow of the VGI-600D machine:

  1. Feeding: The operator loads straws in bulk into the main hopper.

  2. Automatic Counting: The motorized counting system automatically separates the straws according to the quantity set on the touch screen.

  3. Pushing & Wrapping: Once the target count is reached, a cylinder pusher moves the bundle of straws into the packaging film.

  4. Sealing & Cutting: The film is heat-sealed at the back and both ends, and the cutting system then separates the finished bag perfectly. The result is a hygienic, neatly packed product ready for market
