The molding unit adopts a flexible three-roller configuration (available in horizontal and vertical layouts), providing broader operational choices for producing both thick and thin sheets without quality fluctuations. Equipped with a double-loop cooling system and independent roller temperature controllers, the resulting sheets feature clean, bright, and homogeneous surfaces. For the final stage, the machine utilizes a senior torsion motor and a four-axis automatic tension system in the furling sheet metal unit, guaranteeing neat and precise winding or cutting results according to desired specifications.
