Operational efficiency is further improved thanks to the use of an air opening device for the heating mixed cover and a hydraulic pressure control system for the cooling mixed cover. The entire electrical control section is managed by a programmable logic control (PLC) system using well known imported components to guarantee performance stability. The unit is also equipped with a pulse dust cleaning recovery device to maintain a hygienic work area.

To complete the production ecosystem, the auxiliary color mixer is capable of homogenizing pigments with plastic materials in a short time, just 3 minutes for a 50 kg capacity. Complemented by a high performance Water Chiller unit featuring a robust 3 HP compressor, operational temperatures can be precisely maintained within a range of 5°C to 54°C. The synergy between the heating cooling mixing unit and the cooling system ensures consistent, high quality final products free from defects caused by temperature fluctuations.
