Utilizing a turn-over type transportation structure, barrels are thoroughly washed with various media ranging from alkali solutions and chemical water to pure water.

The primary advantage of this system lies in its high sanitation standards, where all parts in contact with liquid are made of finely polished 304 stainless steel, making them very easy to clean. The special spray head design ensures well-distributed cleaning liquid throughout the barrel. Furthermore, the pressure filling system operates quickly with stably controlled liquid levels, ensuring every package meets food sanitation standards.

The entire machine operation is automatically controlled by a Mitsubishi Japan PLC, guaranteeing working stability and ease of operation through frequency control. The machine is also equipped with windows on the front and back walls, as well as an openable side wall to facilitate convenient monitoring and routine maintenance.
