• Fast Formation & Drying: Fibers are processed by an 1880mm single cylinder paper machine supported by a giant Φ2500mm Dryer cylinder for instant, efficient drying. Couch roll and Cylinder mould components ensure precise sheet formation.

• Advanced Conversion System: This line feeds Parent rolls into final processing units including Rewinding, Perforating, and Embossing machines to convert them into market-ready Small rolls.

• Smart PLC Automation: Equipped with Advanced PLC control and a fault screen display, the system features Automatic paper tube replacement that works automatically in under 1 minute.

• Premium Finishing: Utilizing a Steel to rubber roller embossing device for soft and beautiful textures, and a Precision spiral soft knife for clean cuts with low noise levels.

• Cutting & Packaging: The Band-saw paper cutting machine cuts rolls at speeds up to 240m/min, followed by an automatic Sealing machine with a magnetic absorbing system for perfect seal quality.
