Laboratory Microwave Ultrasonic Mixing & Reaction System Testing Equipment
DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
This is an Ultrasonic Microwave Reaction and Mixing System, an advanced laboratory instrument that innovatively combines ultrasonic and microwave technologies synergistically without interference. This system is designed to accelerate, control, and optimize a wide range of processes such as chemical synthesis, extraction, digestion, and nanomaterial preparation, with efficiency and selectivity far exceeding conventional methods. The following are its detailed technical specifications and advanced capabilities.
Its core performance is powered by two independently controllable energy sources. The high-power ultrasonic system (up to 2500W at 25kHz) provides powerful cavitation, homogenization, and mechanical activation effects. The high-power microwave system (up to 5000W at 2450MHz) provides rapid, uniform, and targeted heating directly to the molecules. The ability to adjust and operate both systems separately or simultaneously allows researchers to explore unique synergistic effects. The platform is highly scalable, with configurations available for reaction volumes ranging from a few milliliters up to 13 liters.
The instrument is equipped with a highly precise temperature control and cooling system capable of operating under extreme conditions. Temperature measurement is conducted via advanced technologies such as an optical fiber sensor and a platinum resistance sensor for the highest accuracy. Its key advantage is the operational capability at very low temperatures; the programmable cooling system (including an optional superconducting cooling option) can achieve temperatures as low as -80°C. This capability opens the door for highly temperature-sensitive syntheses and other processes not possible in standard reactors.
Designed modularly for maximum flexibility, the system includes components such as a reflux condenser, various glass reaction vessels, and an intuitive visual operation interface. In addition to its ultrasonic and microwave capabilities, the instrument is also equipped with a standard ultraviolet (UV) device (253.7nm, 200W) for photochemical applications. Its flexibility is further enhanced with the optional Temperature and Pressure Dual Control Microwave Water Heating Reaction Tank, which transforms it into a high-performance microwave digestion system capable of operating at up to 250°C and 3MPa of pressure.
