Holding Tank | High Capacity Storage Solutions with Guaranteed Security

DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

A superior industrial storage solution is now available as a vertical cylindrical holding tank engineered for maximum reliability and durability. Constructed from advanced Fibre-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) composite material, this tank offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and chemicals, making it a smart, low-maintenance, long-term investment for various industrial sectors. This unit is the answer to large-scale liquid storage needs.

Boasting a massive capacity of 30,000 liters, this tank provides ample storage space. Its optimal dimensions, with a diameter of 3,000 mm and a height of 4,500 mm, are designed for space efficiency without compromising on volume. Its vertical structure allows for easier installation in areas with limited ground space, maximizing storage capacity at your facility.

Accessibility and functionality are at the core of this tank's design. Equipped with a 4-inch JIS standard inlet nozzle and a 2-inch JIS standard outlet nozzle, the filling and draining processes are smooth and efficient. For ease of internal inspection and maintenance, a 500 mm diameter manhole is provided, ensuring safe and easy access for maintenance personnel.

Monitoring liquid volume is made simple and accurate thanks to the integrated manual level gauge. This feature allows operators to easily check the liquid level inside the tank at any time, aiding in inventory management and operational planning. By knowing the volume in real-time, you can avoid the risk of stockouts or overflows.

Personnel safety is a paramount priority. Therefore, each tank unit is equipped with a maintenance ladder and safety railing that meet industry safety standards. This support structure provides secure and guaranteed access for technicians when performing inspections, cleaning, or routine maintenance on top of the tank, offering peace of mind.
