High Performance Tire Bead Unseating Resistance Testing Machine
DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
This is a High-performance Tire Bead Unseating Resistance Testing Machine, an advanced safety testing system designed specifically for passenger car tubeless tires, especially for high-performance tires larger than 20 inches. This instrument fully complies with the stringent requirements of global safety standards such as FMVSS, ISO, and GB (including GB/T 4502-2009). The following are its detailed superior technical specifications and capabilities.
The system is driven by an advanced three-servo set technology, ensuring full test automation, precision, and exceptional repeatability. The machine is capable of delivering a maximum bead unseating test force of up to 50 kN at a standard test speed of 50 mm/min, with a very high measurement accuracy of ±1% for both force and displacement. Designed to accommodate high-performance tires, it can test tires with a maximum diameter of up to 1100 mm and a section width of up to 500 mm, covering the vast majority of passenger car tire sizes on the market.
Engineered for the highest accuracy, the machine features an excellently stiff structure to eliminate the impact of mechanical deformation during the test. The innovative design of the loading mechanism ensures a low and constant friction, resulting in pure and reliable data. To enhance efficiency and consistency, the system is equipped with an automatic positioning feature for the center height of the beam and the P value, significantly reducing setup time and eliminating a potential source of operator error.
For in-depth analysis, this instrument measures more than just force. An integrated pressure measurement system continuously monitors the change in tire pressure during the testing process. This capability allows the system to generate not only the standard Force-Displacement curve but also the highly informative Force-Pressure curve. Testing flexibility is guaranteed with the availability of Type A, Type B, and the patented Type C bead unseating blocks, ensuring compatibility with various test methods and rim designs.
