This test chamber is designed with a robust construction for long-term laboratory use. Its interior chamber has dimensions of 50 x 50 x 60 cm and is made entirely of corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean SUS304 Stainless Steel. The exterior is protected by a modern Advanced Baking Varnish coating, providing a professional look as well as durability. With a total weight of 140 kg and outer dimensions of 114 x 94 x 130 cm, this machine offers excellent stability during operation.

The heating system in this device uses the Hot Air Circulation method to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire test chamber. This machine is capable of operating over a wide temperature range, from normal room temperature up to 200°C. Its temperature control accuracy is within ±3°C, while its heat distribution accuracy is even more precise at ±1°C when operated at 100°C, with a digital display resolution of 0.1°C for accurate monitoring.

Machine operation is managed by a sophisticated Automatic Calculation Controller to simplify the setup of testing cycles. To simulate the effects of sunlight, the device is equipped with a UV light source in the form of a UV300W Bulb. Test samples are placed on a wheel that rotates at a speed of 10±2 rounds per minute to ensure uniform exposure. The test duration can be set from 0 to 999 hours and includes the vital Power Failure Memory feature, which resumes the test after power is restored.

To ensure safety, the machine is equipped with several protection devices, including an over-temperature automatic power-off indicator and a safety overload switch. Its power requirement is single-phase AC 220V with a 15A current. Most importantly, all specifications and testing methods of this device have been designed to meet recognized international industry standards, namely JIS-P8127 and ASTM D1148.
