Airbag System Training Board Series

DESCRIPTION / TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The Supplementary Restraint System (SRS), or airbag system, is a non-negotiable component of vehicle safety. Working on this system requires the highest level of precision and understanding, as errors are not an option. So, how do you train for it without the risk? The answer is here: the SRS Airbag System Teaching Board.

This advanced training aid is designed to demystify the entire workflow of the airbag system in a 100% safe environment. With zero pyrotechnics involved, students can freely:

• Learn the System Workflow : From crash sensors to the control unit, students can trace and understand every stage of the process using genuine physical components and dynamic LED light indicators.
• Perform Professional Diagnostics : Equipped with a fault simulation system, instructors can create various error scenarios, such as an illuminated SRS indicator light on the dashboard. Students are challenged to diagnose the problem using the provided test points.
• Understand Technology Integration : The board clearly demonstrates the integration of mechanical components (steering wheel), sensors, wiring, and the electronic control unit, providing a complete picture of this mechatronic system

Why This is a Vital Investment for Your Institution :

• Zero-Risk Training : Eliminate all dangers associated with handling live airbag systems. This is the only way to provide a safe, hands-on learning experience.
• Enhance Diagnostic Competency : Your graduates will not only know what an airbag is but also how to diagnose its faults—an invaluable skill in any modern workshop.
• The Ideal Examination Platform : The fault simulation feature makes it the perfect tool for testing and assessing student knowledge and skills in vocational competency exams.
• Robust and Accessible Design : Built on a stable, mobile bench, with all components logically arranged for ease of teaching and learning.
